Shipping
Lumière Silk offers complimentary shipping to Canada and the United States.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note that the 2–5 business day timeframe refers to order processing and dispatch. It does not represent the time required for your order to arrive at its destination.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided by email. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.
Shipping & Import Duties
Orders are dispatched from British Columbia, Canada.
While shipping to Canada and the United States is complimentary, the recipient may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless such charges are collected at checkout.
Any applicable duties or taxes are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are outside our control.
