Pricing & Currency
Prices are displayed in your local currency where available. Canadian customers are charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD); United States customers are charged in United States Dollars (USD). Displayed prices in currencies other than CAD are converted at prevailing exchange rates and may vary.
Lumière Silk reserves the right to change pricing without prior notice.
Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping to Canada and the United States.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note that the 2–5 business day timeframe refers to the time required to process and dispatch your order. It does not represent the delivery time to your address.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided by email. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.
Shipping & Import Duties
Orders are dispatched from British Columbia, Canada.
While shipping to Canada and the United States is complimentary, customers may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless such charges are collected at checkout.
Any applicable duties or taxes are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are outside our control.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including images, text, graphics, and branding, is the property of Lumière Silk and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Lumière Silk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Returns
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and unworn.

The item must be unopened, where applicable.

The item must be returned in its original condition.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Gift Sets
Gift Sets are eligible for return within 30 days if unused, unopened, and returned in original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returns are shipped to our facility in British Columbia, Canada.
U.S. customers: Please mark your return package as "Canadian Goods Returned" on the customs declaration to help avoid import charges. Any duties or taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will review the issue and, where applicable, cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
Refund Processing
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed in the currency of the original purchase. Your bank's exchange rate at the time of the refund may differ slightly from the rate at the time of purchase.
